Greg has been a life-long resident of Coshocton County,
graduating from River View High School in 1980. He is a graduate of the Reppert School of
Auctioneering, and is now an instructor there. Greg was the International Auctioneers
Champion in 1996, and has conducted seminars throughout the United States. |

Co-Founder
Herb has over 50 years of auctioneering experience in Coshocton
and surrounding counties. He is past president and past director of the Ohio Auctioneers
Association, and was inducted into the State of Ohio Auctioneer's Hall of Fame. He and
wife Donna have three children.

Debbie Foster
Office Manager
Debbie is a 17 year resident of
Coshocton County. She completed her real estate education at Sawyer
College, and has held her real estate sales license for 15 years.
Debbie and husband Jim reside in Warsaw, and have two children; Shane
and Jamie. Debbie
attends Gospel Hill Ministry, and is involved in the
Summer Camp programs.

Cognion
Carl graduated from Plainfield High School, and the
American School of Chicago. A veteran of the construction business since 1955, he is a 32
degree Mason, Coshocton County Grange member, and attends Plainfield United Methodist
Church. He and wife Celia have four children.

Debbie Werner
Debbie has lived and worked in the Coshocton County area
for over 20 years. A graduate of Bloom-Carroll High School, she attended Ohio
University-Zanesville and completed her real estate education at Hondros College. Debbie
has 7 years experience in the banking industry, part of which was working with borrower's
loans and their credit. Debbie and her husband, Dennis, reside in
Coshocton. |

Vince is a native of Coshocton, and
currently operates the Dresden branch office of Peddicord Rice Auction
Realty. He received his real estate training while attending The Ohio

Johns
Tammy is a life-long resident of Coshocton and southern
Tuscarawas counties. She has a degree in accounting from Bradford College, and received
her real estate training at Hondros College. She, husband Jon, and children Coy and
Anniedale reside in Newcomerstown.

Christi Olinger
Christi
has lived in Coshocton County since 1993. She has an Associates
Degree in Management from OSU and completed her real estate
education at Hondros College. She lives in Fresno with her girls Jessica and Bridget. She is
a member of Fresno Bible Church, Fresno PTO and CERTS.

Denisa Guinther Denisa is a life long
resident of Coshocton County, graduating from River View HS in 1987.
She has served our country in the US Air Force, and obtained her real
estate education at Hondros College. She is a member of the Coshocton
County Board of Realtors, both State and National Associations of
Realtors, and CRIS MLS. She attends the Coshocton Church of the
Nazarene and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. |

Heather LePage Heather is
a graduate of River View High School and The Ohio State University
with a degree in Agricultural Economics. She completed her real
estate schooling at Hondros College and has been licensed since
1998. Heather attends Roscoe United Methodist Church where she is
involved with pre-school children’s ministries. In addition to
church activities, she also enjoys attending tractor pulls and
cattle auctions, Ohio State Football and is a 4-H Volunteer. |

Ryan LePageRyan is a
graduate of Missouri Auction School and completed his real estate
schooling at Hondros College in Columbus. Ryan is also a graduate
of John Glenn High School and Ohio State ATI where earned an ag
business degree. Ryan and his wife Heather attend Roscoe United
Methodist Church. In his spare time Ryan enjoys working with
cattle, playing church league softball and basketball.

Travis Cunningham
Travis has
been a life-long resident of Muskingum County.
He is a graduate of Tri-Valley High School and completed his real estate
education at Hondros College. Travis and wife Christina reside in
Dresden. He is currently working
towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Business
Communication. Travis is the grandson of long time Dresden area Broker
Earl Garver of Garver Realty, who is now retired. |
